Found this Men’s Health UK magazine lying about in

Ann’s house so I flipped through it.

And then laughed out loud when

I saw this tiny bit below …

I just love how foreign magazines, especially those from London,

just have this dry, cynical sense of humour. (There are way better

ones that the one above, of course!)

Like they just cannot bear stupidity and will take you down

if you are being an idiot.

(Btw I’m my local village idiot, spoiling birthday surprises and all,

so I’m not one to talk … SIGH!)

Anyhoo

It’s the articulation of the    -_-   and the Pfffffttthhhh that the

foreign mags do so well.

I think I’ve seen it being attempted locally,

I’m not sure where, but it kinda failed.

First & foremost I think, the key to success in poking fun in

other’s silliness I guess is that …. you kinda have to be smart yourself?

And kinda cool, not a douchebag maybe?

I know some douchebags who try desperately to display their smartness.

It just makes them 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times more uncool

than they already are.

And annoying too.      What do you call them? Bodoh sombong is of course

not the right description … could I say Pandai Meluat maybe? Still not apt ..

Mulut Menyampah? Still doesn’t cut it…  Will ask my Malay friends

Begone!

I have work to do. Got all my fingers and toes crossed that it’ll

be over soon.

I want to just stroll, grab a chai latte and catch a nice movie and all ….
